NEWEUROPE™ USA (NEU) plans to develop the second NEWEUROPE™ System in the greater Ft. Lauderdale, Florida area called NEWEUROPE™ System Ft. Lauderdale (NESFL) to encompass Boca Raton on the north and Hallandale-Hollywood area on the south.

This is an excellent area with lots of target customers who are 35+ years old, snow birds, Europeans and other tourists. It is expected that NESFL will cost similarly $5+ million to set up as NEWEUROPE™ System Orlando for multiple NEWEUROPE™ Light Cafés and NEWEUROPE™ Chocolates locations and one NEWEUROPE™ Club Cafe and a NEWEUROPE™ Night Club. NEWEUROPE™ System Orlando is ahead of NEWEUROPE™ Ft. Lauderdale System development.

NEWEUROPE™ is looking at a classy retail, casino, racetrack development in Hallandale, Florida (north of Miami, South of Ft. Lauderdale) called Gulfstream Park. NEWEUROPE™ is is considering a location at a very entrance to this absolutely fabulous facility. If leased as part of NEWEUROPE™ System Ft. Lauderdale this location would be turned into a NEWEUROPE™ Night Club or Club Café with classy European style evening dancing and entertainment. Gulfstream also has a very classy Ballroom & Events space that we can utilize for individual NEWEUROPE™ Shows that will visit this area on a weekly basis.
