NEWEUROPE™ USA (NEU) plans to lease this retail building for its NEWEUROPE™ Night Club retail location in Orlando as a part of the overall planned $5-$10 million NEWEUROPE™ System Orlando development.  It is a 22,600 SF two story building (first floor 15,200 SF, second floor 7,400 SF) located in the middle of famous International Drive in Orlando, Florida in the midst of Orlando tourist market and within walking distance from Wet-N-Wild water park, Orange Convention Enter and many I-drive Hotels.  It sits on about 65,000 SF of land and has 214 parking spaces and over 37,000 cars drive by per day.

This NEWEUROPE™ Night Club will have a great stage featuring nightly our fabulous NEWEUROPE™ Show with our NEWEUROPE™ Band performing NEWEUROPE™ Dance Music and other European & Cover Melodic Dance Music, NEWEUROPE™ Dancers, NEWEUROPE™ Dancing Pairs, EURODANCE Male Singers, NEWEUROPE™ Fashion Show & Models as well as Face of NEWEUROPE™ and Miss NEWEUROPE™ competitions.
